Program Description:
By opting in, you may receive SMS messages related to consultations, appointment confirmations, reminders, onboarding communications, service updates, and customer support.

Opt-Out:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, opt in again through the original method.

5. Services & Payment Terms

Anavi Innovations provides AI concierge setup, automation services, marketing infrastructure, consultation services, and related professional services primarily for beauty businesses.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results.

5.2 Fees & Payment

Pricing for services will be disclosed prior to engagement.

Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content, systems, workflows, copy, software logic, branding, and materials provided by Anavi Innovations are owned by the Company or licensed to it and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit our systems or materials without written permission.

7. User Content & Communications

If you submit content, feedback, or communications to Anavi Innovations, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such content for service delivery, improvement, and internal purposes.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights.

We make no warranties that:

Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;

Results will meet expectations;

AI outputs will be perfect, complete, or free from errors.

You acknowledge that AI systems are assistive tools and do not replace professional judgment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anavi Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Anavi Innovations for the services giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anavi Innovations and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms;

Your misuse of AI systems or communications.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services immediately for:

Non-payment;

Misuse of systems;

Legal or compliance risks.

You may discontinue use at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
